This application starts with the Home page.

The required fields are:

Alumni Name

Year of Passing VGSOM

Current Company

emailId

Contact Number

Current City

Current Country

Whether the alumnus will attend the meeting or not

The optional fields are:

Gender

Is He coming accompanied by Family or not

Preferred city for the Meet(options will be there)

Preferred Date and Time for Meeting

Mention your Food preference

There are links available to go through blogs of previous year’s meeting also, which the user might want to have a glimpse

Once the alumnus submits the form with necessary information, the record is stored in Database and he/she is sent a mail regarding confirmation of the registration

The next page which comes in the sequence flow is the main Alumnus Feedback form, which the alumnus are expected to access and give feedback regarding

a) The most recent Alumni meet ,after attending it

b) The Facebbok, Linkedin as well as Twitter page of VGSOM Alumni group.

Various option will be there to specify the feedback ,or User may give some generic response also.

After submitting the Feedback form, the moderator of the Alumni Portal is sent a mail, containing the Feedback . One page comes into picture which confirms the recoding of Feedback, in the Database.
